I designed and taught a writing course titled “Biological Foundations of Language” for freshman students new to linguistics. It covered topics such as animal communication and the nature vs. nurture debate.

I led two discussion sections, helping students understand foundational concepts in linguistics by reviewing the lecture slides and practice problems.

I facilitated two discussion sections for this introductory sociolinguistics course, walking students new to the field through both theoretical and technical concepts.

I led two discussion sections to help students grasp fundamental concepts in phonetics and phonology. In these sections, I went over course material, taught technical skills in phonetic analysis, and hosted exam review sessions.

I helped undergraduate students understand grammar and hone their conversational skills in Korean.
